Allium ‘Millenium’  - ‘Millenium’ allium ornamental onion

Bred by allium expert Mark McDonough, this is a clump-forming hybrid that grows as a tight bundle of strappy leaves and bursts with bright purple flower heads from mid- to late summer. The flowers are favorites of pollinators, yet the oniony scent of the foliage can deter deer and rabbits. Provide full to part sun. Zones 4–8.
